Aguero was stretchered off with a hamstring injury 20 minutes into the match against Ecuador, going to be out for a while

torn hamstring apparently.

...that's our season over then.

Bony is not a worthy fill-in. TBH I have more faith in the Nachoman than Bony.

Couldn't agree more.

I'm hoping with Bony he'll score one then a load will come naturally.

My preference would probably be

--------------- Sterling ---------------
De Bruyne ----- Silva ----- Navas

With Nasri and Bony on the bench. We really could have used the beast in this situation. Is it definitely a rupture/tear rather than a strain? Guessing we are waiting on a scan today for confirmation

Bony up top for me. Reckon he'll respond better when he knows he's the main man. Big chance for him too.

He'll fucking have to. I just wonder why we ever purchased him as his playing style and that of the team contrast to starkly

Seeing that makes me wish Sergio didn't bother doing any defensive work.

Kun likes them with enough meat on them to survive off 'em for a month when the zombie apocalypse comes.

SSN: Sergio Aguero suffers grade-two muscle tear & could face up to eight weeks on the sidelines:
