Reminds me of a great song by The Who from the album Sell out- Song lyrics "Armenia City in the sky"

The second place UEFA play offs. Does anyone know if that will be drawn randomly or will the there be some sort of seeding system i.e The likes of France, Portugal, Croatia, Greece/Russia be in Pot 1 (IF they finish second in their groups) and countries like Ireland, Bosnia, Slovenia in Pot 2?

Good.

I just had a sneaking suspicion they'd seed it. Anyway, I'm sure France and Portugal's balls will be chilled just before the draw.

I'm not so sure now. I checked the '06 process and it seems there was a seeding system for the UEFA playoffs.

From wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_(UEFA_play-off) :mad:

The six remaining second-place teams were divided into two pots based on their standings in the September 2005 FIFA World Rankings. The division was:

Pot 1

* Czech Republic
* Spain
* Turkey

Pot 2

* Norway
* Slovakia
* Switzerland

I've gone back to the '02 play off draw and it seems that was random. On that occasion Belgium, Germany, Slovenia and Turkey qualified over Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania, and Austria respectively.

Dzeko starts tonight, as does Ronaldinho for brazil, thought he'd packed it in a time ago.

I went to watch the England C team (I know :rolleyes: ) at Fleetwood's ground. They played Italy, and scored an equaliser in the last minute to draw 1-1. Should probably have won, and it was quite an exciting game tbf. Better than watching the first team.

That the team made from non-league/non-professional players?
