i'd still refer to a 16 year old as a kid tbh.

i believe there were allegations and rumours that the victim had been nobbled, as seen by the changing dates of the incident (^above), which would change it from rape of a child to bog standard rape. allegedly. i also believe oysten stated these were part of the alleged conspiracy against him. allegedly.

whatever. the man's a twat, and will trouser the money from 'pool going up without spending fuck all on the team.

I would to, but in the eyes of the law, it's adulthood in terms of shagging.

Allegations and rumours eh?!? Where do I sign?!

Last sentance I could agree with though. You should have just written that.

Owen Oysten is a convicted rapist. He took advantage of young women and attacked them. He is a repeat offender.

He made donations to the Labour party, but he's cries that he was fitted up don't wash. He was acquitted on similar charges before he was convicted. He claims this is proof of a conspiracy. It is really just proof of how difficult it is for these charges to stick.

And we managed to really fucking struggle against them in both matches that season.

My prediction - they'll win no more than six games and they'll go down.

Can't argue with that, as much as I like Holloway as a character (soccer AM legend). I just can't see with the resources at his disposal, the non entities that he has signed today and the current playing squad, that they have a prayer this season.

Maybe nobody. Just no more than six wins. They'll probably take points off some other shitter though. I've found it really hard to predict the relegation candidates this season. I think of the promoted teams, Newcaslte will be fine, West Brom i think will stay for once and Blackpool are gonners.

So then who else gets dragged down? Bolton? Not sure how Coyle will do there. Wigan will probably be down there but after a season of Martinez trying to play decent football with them, and having the summer to work on it, maybe they'll get to mid-table.

Could see Blackburn being dragged into a scrap.

blackpool will be in the bottom two - you can't rely on marlon harewood for goals and expect not to struggle, and brett ormerod was never good enough for this level.

other than that, looking forward to a chernobyl style meltdown from holloway about christmas, new year time

Blackburn will be about 11th. I can see Newcastle just about scrawping up in about 16th. Hope they beat the Pigs tonight though.

Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston resigns

Blackpool have announced that Karl Oyston has resigned as chairman and a director of the newly promoted Premier League club with immediate effect.
The 43-year-old will stay on as chief executive until the end of the season or until a replacement is found.
