and so it begins

they get a manager who can 'work on a budget' and then moan when the budget means they are a mid table team, they sack that manager and get another in who can 'bring in effort and determination'. this manager gets them in the bottom half of the table

then they give the job to Tony Pulis

They are fucked, who would they attract? No money, no players and a set of the most expectant fans you could imagine.

Dalglish anyone?

Every chance we could be surprised by a very decent manager but I just cant see it. Mourinho wants to return to the league but even he isnt that brave/stupid/a miracle worker.

Mourinho was officially unveiled as the new Real Madrid manager yesterday or the day before. You'd get good odds on him taking over from Rafa this summer at the moment.

I meant had they offered prior to Madrid appointment tbf. I hate it when you roll your eyes at me.

Was at Boston Manor and the Plough on Saturday, went to W5 for 2 pints. I should've called but things like your rolling of eyes puts me off.

I went into town to do a bit of shopping round Borough Market and Chinatown and have a few pints so I wasn't about I'm afraid. The Plough is officially my local although we don't get out much atm.

There are plans in place to let Kenny manage Liverpool. He'll only do it on a short term basis before handing over to the true successor. I don't blame him. Why would he want to fuck up his legacy at the club?

Liverpool are going to imitate Leeds.

They will be away at home to Scunthorpe in 4 years in front of 18000 people as the Scandinavians stay at home and save their money.

Shame, I wanted Rafa to stay and completely fuck them over, but I guess someone else will have to do the job now.

Which manager with half a brain is going to join them.
They will offer £3.58 a week in wages and a transfer kitty of £19.

There's an ex-City manager on scratch with something to prove.
