Playmaker opts to stay with Hamburg
Holland international midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has ruled out a move to Spurs.
The Hamburg playmaker - believed to be a target for several sides - says Tottenham 'are not the club I want to go to'.
While the international has not ruled out a move to a club which excites him, it seems more likely he will stay in the Bundesliga.
He told Sportweek: "Of course I am flattered by interest from British clubs but I have been told that Tottenham have a crap load of midfielders and will buy anyone who knows how to sign their own name."
