MIDWEEK - SERIES NO. 6
Mon. 5 April Bohemians v St. Patrick’s Athletic Dalymount Park 7.45 pm
Mon. 5 April Drogheda United v Bray Wanderers United Park 7.45 pm
Mon. 5 April Sligo Rovers v Dundalk The Showgrounds 7.45 pm
Mon. 5 April Sporting Fingal v Shamrock Rovers Morton Stadium 7.45 pm
Mon. 5 April U.C.D. v Galway United The UCD Bowl 7.45 pm

Theres something special about midweek aways. Think Bohs will do the buisness against pats. I know they have yet to concede but bohs are a cut above the competition at going forward. Drogs should get 3 points. I think we will lose in sligo but at the same time we're starting to play some v nice football. Ucd and galway will draw i think.

Now that the PL is finished up for the summer you can all follow the Airtricity League of Ireland instead.

Here are the teams in the Prem:

Dundalk
Shamrock Rovers
St. Patrick's Athletic
Sporting Fingal
Bohemian FC
U.C.D.
Sligo Rovers
Galway United
Drogheda United
Bray Wanderers

And this is the first division:

Derry City
Waterford United
Limerick
Cork City Foras Co-op
Shelbourne
Monaghan United
Athlone Town
Finn Harps
Longford Town
Wexford Youths
Mervue United
Salthill Devon

All these teams are shite but some are less shite than others.

Take your pick!

Match result will be posted here.

This is the league's official site.

I went to the Shamrock Rovers v Sporting Fingal game on Friday. It was my first time in the new Tallaght ground. I was very impressed.

It ended 1-1 with both goals coming the last five minutes. Good game.

Think I'll go to Sporting Fingal v Galway on Saturday afternoon.

fingal looked terrible in the cup vs dundalk. they didnt have full team out but still looked piss poor. i thought rovers would piss all over them. good result for us though. need rovers to drop as many points as they can.

will go to ucd away probably but the bohs rovers game looks appealing

It was the third time I've see Fingal this season. They've played well everytime. On Friday both sides were playing a passing game. Lots of chances were created. Fingal had the better of the first half and should have scored a few goals.

Rovers v Bohs will be a full house. A lot of people were buying tickets on Friday. I think the cops may be busy that afternoon.

Morton stadium is closer to where I live so I'll go to that match.

19:45 Dundalk ? - ? Sporting Fingal
19:45 Galway ? - ? Bohemians
19:45 St. Patricks ? - ? Bray Wanderers
19:45 UC Dublin ? - ? Sligo Rovers
20:00 Shamrock Rovers ? - ? Drogheda United

I think pats will win comfortably along with the dirty shams. Bohs will win but concede. Ucd were impressive when i watched them at home to dundalk and are on a good run and sligo have lots of players missing tru suspensions and injurys so i think ucd will win 1-nil with kilduff getting the winner. For the dfc It all depends on which dundalk team turns up but weve been poor lately and fingal have some quality so i expect them to take all 3 points. I hope I'm wrong tho.

Dundalk vs Rovers tonite. I expect a lilywhite victory and a lot of mayhem. This thread should be renamed the AmberT0nte talks to himself thread.
