Carlo Ancelotti appointed Real Madrid manager. Laurent Blanc the new PSG manager.

Ancelotti Will be unveiled to the media tomorrow.

Isco is expecting that everything is made official (first have to announce the arrival of Ancelotti) and will be presented at the Bernabeu on Thursday or Friday. Meanwhile, rests in his village surrounded by family and lifelong friends."

Sounds like he's on his deathbed.

So Barca are 7 up against Levante then at 8 it's Madrids turn against Real Betis.

The big news out of Madrid is that Lopez starts ahead of Casillas

Another 2 goals against Athletic Bilbao at the weekend. We really should've moved heaven and earth to get him. Biggest dropped bollock since letting a certain illegitimate Welshman slip through our fingers.

potentially, yes. at the very least we could've gotten him then sold him on to some spanish giant in a few years time for a grossly inflated fee, ala fabregas.

Bale starts for Real Madrid

Barca just won an epic game 3-2 right at the death Messi magic creating the goal.

1-1 Bale scored a tap in but hasn't done anything else really. Villarreal should have the game won already.

Yes, they should have. Had glorious opportunities (as did Stoke today) but fucked it up!!

2-2 a fair result given the profligacy. Apparently CR7 has scored 203 goals in 203 games (source: Twitter)

read somewhere that it's claimed to be 204 in 203, but one of them is disputed
