Is this based on experience. It would explain your dislike of beans and sweetcorn. Care to share?

OK I might've been a bit harsh on sweetcorn eaters, whatever they get up to in the privacy of their own homes is up to them I guess, but anyone who would willingly put baked bean in their mouths, covered in that artificial, slimy, orange gunk, must by definition be some kind of pervert.

Just saw some jersey royals in my greengrocers, £4.99 a kilo:eek:
By contrast, Maris Pipers are 60p.

In the lozere region of France they do Mashed potato with cheese , really gooey cheese all mixed in. That and a pint for lunch guarantees a complete bodily shut down for at least 2 hours.
It is called Aligot.

When ThunderinScits was over for Sunday Lunch a few weeks back, I gave TS jnr chicken gujons, mashed spuds - with milk, butter and an egg whisked like a bastard.

TS jnr cleaned the plate.

Spurs piss me off. Someone should tell them that you're supposed to become a good team by paying shifty foreigners £200,00 per week and playing negative defensive football.

At the gym tonight I was sickened by watching their replay. They make me want to fight, I also came to the decision that there are only two people from their club that would make us better, Bale and *gulp* quite possibly Rednapp. Pains me to admit it.

Be nice to have Modric and VdV, but they'd only get a game for us if they were willing to become defensive midfielders. :(

Modric is a poor man's Silva. We don't need another slight player.

VdV would get a game for sure. Quality. I forgot about him.

Modric looked great against the rags at the weekend, and he's looked damn fine in several recent matches. I'd say from what I've seen of both, that Modric looks the better player atm.

i think i'd rather share a bed with bassman after a marathon kerbab session than have bollock chops as the manager.

but he gets performances out of his players, and pretty consistently. which irritates me.

it would be a slow, methaney death... but somehow far more preferable to having to stop detesting that cockney barrow boy crook.

I think being in the company of bassman = death. The only thinhg that may prolong death is if he were talking football, cos other than that he doesn't know his arse from his fucking penis.

Well, he knows plenty about travel, been to Hungary once, when he was 16.
