Aston Villa v Wigan, 15:00 Villa win
Blackburn v Man City, 15:00 City win (touch wood)
Bolton v Sunderland, 15:00 Draw
Chelsea v Hull, 12:45 Chelsea (huge) win
Everton v Arsenal, 17:30 Arsenal win
Portsmouth v Fulham, 15:00 Draw
Stoke v Burnley, 15:00 Draw
Wolverhampton v West Ham, 15:00 Wolves win

Sunday, 16 August 2009

Twats v Birmingham, 13:30 Draw
Tottenham v Liverpool, 16:00 Spurs win (unfortunately)

So fucking excited, shame I have to watch a stream online, but it doesn't take away much of the excitement.

If anyone is interested, locally for me there is Fleetwood Town vs Telford, which is quite a rivalry these days because of crowd trouble a few years back. Should be a good match though, Fleetwood win hopefully :)

Any decent lower league fixtures today that anyone knows of?

Come on you Quakers.

Is it just me, or do the lower leagues just get all the cr*p nicknames.

2-1 with a goal in the last 5 minutes doesn't really scream "destroy", does it now?

:D

Well Fleetwood went to Telford the other year with a huge firm following, and ran Telford all over town. Since then, police get told about games, like Stoke v Chelsea, West Ham v Spurs, and then they will throw Fleetwood v Hyde in there. Stand their ground these lot - no messing about.

Beat Telford 3-1 though, no trouble, lovely day out for the Cod Army
