It's like seeing a horse wearing trousers

That's it. Dont know why I didn't add 2 and 2 before. Old beetroot face and Owen have loads on common. They're both massively into horse racing. They'll become best buddies, you watch. Owen will probably even train some of ferguson's horses at his stables.

Train? He's about 4ft tall. He'll probably ride them.

I think they might have been racing buddies for a while. Apparently Ferguson made a personal call to Owen's mobile the other morning and they went and had breakfast together to settle the deal.

He can score goals*, and he went on a free. That can't really be described as bad business.

*IF fit

I think this is an astute move on SAF's part. If he only plays 20 games he will score 8-10 goals.
If ferguson has any sense he will have him on a decent basic salary and big bonuses for scoring

I've heard 20k a week plus large performance bonuses.

A lot of people think it was good business. If we'd have signed him the press and the rags would have had a field day.

This is why the plastics are so hated.

I'm sure that when they start losing next season they'll blame it on the kit.

The shorts look like swimming shorts and the sleeves on the top are about an inch long. Can't see them being able to make any more summer signings now.
