With three/four games to go, it's looking like 3 out of 5 going down. Who do you think it'll be?

Personally thinking WBA and Hull for definite, then whoever loses the Tyne-Tees derby next Monday.

I misread the title of this thread as Religion. So glad I was wrong.

I don't think Newcastle or Middlebrough will be able to pull themselves out of it.

Concur. I think this season is going to see a very low points total staying up. Hull's 34 points may well be enough.

Everyone's making a big deal over the Toon-Boro match. I'm putting a tenner on nil-nil.

I'll definitely be backing a draw.

A draw maybe but not a nil nil, both team haven't got a clue about defending - there'd have to be some pretty inept shooting for neither team to score

Alan Smith? Alves? Clearly you've never seen either of those two teams trying to score.

It'll be such a desperate match tho I can see any midfielder / defender scrambling goals in, especially from set pieces. And both team have players who can bury it when the defending is generous enough - Owen & Martins for Newcastle and Tuncay & Aliadiere for Boro.

4 of the bottom 5 are all northeast clubs. There's only WBE spoiling the party. It would be funny to see Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough all go down together.

And we all go down together, bom bom.
bom bom-bom bi-ya.

As someone from the North East, I would like to point out that Hull are not from the North East either. They are in the Yorkshire/Humber region, along with Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, etc. We already have two of the country's worst places to live in Hartlepool and Middlesbrough, we don't want a third.

Ah sorry, any form of sarcasm was lost on me last night - I was wasted... Fairly impressed I was able to type actually.

Hull are in the north east I'm afraid Darlo, I just checked google maps.
