Have just drawn against top of the league Wycombe!

As a part-time fan i'm delighted.

They're my local team and I saw them stuff Brentford on Saturday.

4 points from top two they're going to be joining us in premiership soon.

As always, concentrating on the league.

We have to do that now.

he he not for freiburg, we play in 2nd german budesliga atm. Is just so sad as Mainz 05 (the opponent) had actually 3 chances. and scored 3 times.

Our defence was a mess.

I will also.

At £5 a game I can't do too badly.

Here's our ground...

Quality ground.

Exact copy (though smaller) of Maine Road, if anyone wants an image.

Brilliant acoustics, falling to bits.

Falling to bits generally says it isnt a quality ground.

How Bury are third in the league I'll never know. Full credit to them they're doing well this season, but looking at their sqaud they have no right really to be in the automatic places (Wycombe, Darlington, Bradford, Gillingham, Brentford and Port Vale all have better squads on paper). To be fair though, league two is wide open this year - Wycombe seem to be having their usual fall from grace so it could be anyone from them down to about tenth that wins the league (considering Bradford are 9th now, and have a fairly useful squad).

I love Macclesfield's ground, good old open terrace for the away end reminds me of the days back when Darlington played at Feethams - unfortunately we (Darlo) now seem to have a 25,000 seater stadium with an average attendance of about 3,000, which makes perfect sense obviously.

That's ridiculous, who's idea was that? Portsmouth only average 20,000 in the Prem!

I grew up in Poynton, half way between Macclesfield and Stockport. And ive always hoped Macclesfield do well and Stockport dont. No reason why.
