He will get a minimum punishment as usual.

I don't like Evra but he gets 4 matches for handbags with a lawnmower in private so an actual offence during a game in front of the public should attract a greater one.

It was high but so was the ball. Not concerned either way really, could have been a booking, could have been a red. Obvisouly the ref went with the latter.
