You have to admire their ambition.

Well with still a lot of cash left at the moment, I wonder if C Ronaldo fancies an interesting switch. Can just see it now: Fake Ronaldo and Ronaldinho lining up for Hull.

Just because he wasnt in Derbys plans doesnt mean he is a shit player. He played for Hull then moved to Derby and now is back with Hull.

They needed all the help they could get last year, if he was some wonder kid/player, I think he would have been playing in the first team!!

Fagan himself was consistently involved in the first team and, alongside Stephen Pearson, was top of the club's appearance chart on March 1, 2008 with 25 league and cup appearances. It may have been more had not he been banned twice, once for four matches for a stamp on Liverpool F.C.'s Alvaro Arbeloa in a 6-0 defeat at Anfield and then for one match after reaching five yellow cards. Despite regular appearances Fagan couldn't win over the majority of Derby fans [4], failed to score in the Premier League and was never assured of a first team place. As part of new manager Paul Jewell's clearout upon his arrival at the club following the departure of Billy Davies, Fagan moved on loan to Hull City, with a view to a permanent deal, on March 7, 2008[5] for a small fee which will be deducted from a £700k fee in the summer.

Derby was funny this season.

But it took a long time for me to forgive Vassell because of all the chances he missed against them.

Well, its fair to say that if he was unable to stand out in the Premiership's worst ever team, then he's hardly likely to make a huge impact in the same league this season.

That's one comment I can definitely pass.

Definitely concur there.

All three promoted sides are fucked before a ball's kicked, again. Their only hope may be that Bolton/Fulham/City have another shit season and do them a favour.
