Five is standard for a single instance of rape when the victim is over 16.

Sentencing guidelines effective since 14th May 2007. Don't know what was the case before then.

Have you got a library bookcase type thing in your room with that massive series of Law books* like solicitors used to have in their offices.

I can't remember the name but it has all the laws and associated bits and pieces in it
