Bollocks. We ain't great, granted, but then Germany haven't been great since '74 yet they still seem to manage some semblance of respectability. Time and time again they put themselves in the mix with average players. Nowt to say we can't do the same. Greece won Euro 2004. Anything is possible. Though, setting targets such as those is complete and utter nonsense.
