Went to this. I arrived up ticketless with a friend seeing as it was never going to sell out. Went to the ticketmaster booth and one of their staff was announcing that there was only premium tickets left. €75 a ticket. When I asked what was premium about them he said "i dunno theyre just premium". In the time(60 seconds) me and my mate discussed would we still go in about 30-40 people were informed of the ticket situation and not one bought a ticket. Most were young lads who probably didnt have the cash. There was a scottish family there, 2 parents and 4 kids and they coudnt go in because they didnt have the money. It was absolutely disgusting. The standard tickets were supposed to be 30 euro and seeing as every section on every tier wasnt even 3/4 full(most werent evern 1/4 full) I don't know how they had the cheek to say it was only premium tickets left. It was an absolute disgrace. I'm not sure whos going to scoop the profits but they should be strung up. |
