COME ON WALES!!!

Ok maybe not, but it would bother me not a jot if they won.

England are like your prick of a mate. You get sick of him and most of the time you can't be arsed with him, but he's still your mate and you don't want to see bad come to him.

He isn't going to change and so you may aswell coexist happily with him. Or her.

I suppose this analagy works quite well. Their sucess doesn't bring me pleasure though.
I don't think that's a good thing and I wish I could care a bit but I just don't.

I agree with Squidge. I don't think it's possible to be properly in love with your club team and your national team at the same time.

Katherine Jenkins sang at the ROI v Wales game in Croke Park a few years ago. She wore a tiny, tight Welsh top. She got the biggest cheer of the day.
