He gets away with so much not being fluent in English:

Q: You get paid a vast amount of money. Given the failure of England in the WC, do you think you are worth it?

A: Money is not the value of man...

and that was it. Imagine if an English manager had said something as vague as that and just left it there! England manager who can't speak English, it's ludicrous really.

Cooder, are you really defending the 'golden generation' tag?

no, I'm saying the Golden Generation tag is absolute bollox - much like that applied to Portugal in 2000

I think you both started arguing the same point, and now it has veered off track into something else.

The Cooder/Danny constant state of confusion rolls on i suppose.

It does, and I nearly posted that point. No harm done though, it was nice to see you do some actual moderating tbf. Any danger you'll be doing any more?

And yes, banning me now would be a cheap shot.

I think you have to take a look at players that have massively under performed, a few injury issues, lack of a cohesive and solid back four, lack of Keeping experience.

The midfield unbalance to play Lumps, scally and barry, with nothing wide.

Striking issues, Shrek was woeful, and the rest were not much to shout about. Id like to have seen more of Crouch TBH. Our forwards managed one goal in four games FFS!

Still on the positive side, nice to see FIFA burying its head in the sand over Technology and Refereeing. Makes England look professional!

Id give Capello the Euro’s at least and let him make big changes.

I think everyone else in England had made up their mind on Capello during the first game against the USA.

Capello on leaving AJ at home..

He said: "When I chose the players I had been following the players for a very long time and I decided on the best players who finished the season.

"If they are fresher I don't know. Adam Johnson played a lot of games."

WTF does he mean in the last statement!?!?!?!

So leaving inform players at home or on the fucking bench because they play week in week out, is preferable to picking and playing players that can't even get into their fucking club squads because they're fresher?!?!?!

What a fucking Joey.

Sky News produced figures to say that most of the German team played more games last season than the English players.
They did not look tired to me.

Perhaps we should not pick Premier League players who get paid a fortune week in week out. Pick some League 1 and 2 men. At least when they lose we will have the satisfaction of knowing that they will have tried hard at least.

I suppose this is why he picked Barry. He hadn't played for weeks.
