Why couldn't you just accept that breach on an injunction doesn't actually carry a five-year tariff? We were talking about John Terry anyway and the whole situation played out in the UK so your harpings on about the Australian legal system were completely irrelevent anyway.

Its not something that i proud of or stand on the top of a mountain and shout about.
the situation that i find myself in is a lot more complex than i have already stated,witness protection is about as far as i can go.
you being the legal eagle that you say you are will understand this.
