Hopefully it was just a strain or something, it didn't look too serious and they're always subbing people for any reason in friendlies.

Quote:
Several senior players may have been on display, but some of City’s talented youngsters came to the fore in the reserves win over Bolton on Tuesday night.

Michael Ball, Didi Hamann, Felipe Caicedo & Jo were all in Glyn Hodges’ starting line-up, however goals in either half from Clayton McDonald and Donal McDermott in either half gave City all three points in their latest Barclays Premier Reserve League north fixture.

McDonald, named as reserve player of the month last week, headed home from an Adam Clayton corner on 35 minutes. Bolton’s equaliser also came from a corner, with Campbell slotting home on 50 minutes, and several minutes later Jo was being substituted after taking a slight knock, being replaced by David Ball.

Didi Hamann was replaced by Javan Vidal on 72 minutes, but just three minutes later McDermott’s shot was nestling in the back of the net, eventually proving to be enough against a team coached by another ex-Wimbledon stalwart in Alan Cork.

City:
T.Johansen, Logan, M.Ball, McDonald, Berti, Hamann (Vidal 72), Clayton, Marshall, Caicedo, Jo (D.Ball 58), McDermott.

unused subs: Mee, Hartley (GK), Morris.

I heard it on this article, then I never heard anything about how bad is his injury.
