Just mentioned on TS that Terry has picked up a foot injury in training, that's all there is for now, could be out of the FA cup Final.

John Terry's World Cup dream is in serious doubt after the Chelsea captain was rushed to hospital having suffering a suspected broken metatarsal in training.

It compounds a horrendous year for the defender following off-field revelations surrounding his private life and he is OUT of the Barclays Premier League champions FA Cup final clash against Portsmouth at Wembley this weekend.

The news comes as a further blow to England manager Fabio Capello, with serious injury doubts over midfielder Gareth Barry and skipper Rio Ferdinand.
More to follow...

If King or Dawson and Ferdinand are at the back I don't think either of them have the knees and pace required, therefore I say Micah would be the perfect replacement, I would say Ferdinand could go for headers and Micah just reserves himself and keep up with the likes of Torres, Villa etc.

Not happening but I hate Spuds so any of their players playing for England is just too much after the bastards took fourth.

We have Rio whose doubtful, Terry lookin fucked, King who is like a knackered Morris minor, Carragher been out of the world cup scene for about 3 years and is likely for the odd mistake and rash tackle, then Dawson who is untested.

Super Ned your time has come!!!!

I would have been amazed if Upson wasn't going to be one of the 7 dropped.

Well after just watching that FA Cup final, there doesn't seem a thing wrong with him.

Shows just how everything can be blown out of proportion completely.

Was watching SSN this morning.

It said they were training in sets of 12.

Adam Johnson was in the first 12 and SWP in the second, so guess he's checking them out seperately.
