Post subject:  How many Man City Fans are there in the world?
Hello all, I am new.

Just doing a little research and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how many Man City fans there were in the world?

On facebook the MCFC has 2,200,000 liking the official Manchester City FC group - but surely there are more than that aren't there?

Anyone know how I can get a more accurate figure?

Just interested to know.

I suspect a lot more people support Man City than the 2,200,000 people on facebook.

That's 7 years out of date, we've changed a lot since then. I would even estimate the numbers may have doubled worldwide, mostly from other areas of the UK.

Not really saying anything important, but here s the traffic which shows how s the OS ranked worldwide. You get a good picture where they come from.

Clearly signing a player like Edin has a big effect on visits from his homeland. Don't know if those people are ALL fans though.

A West Brom fan mate of mine linked me to the story about Ferdinand saying he was seeing more City shirts around town these days.
He titled his email "Glory Hunters come out of the woodwork"

I replied "You will never see that happen at West Brom mate"
