...anyone else collecting these?
I hope so, otherwise I might be considered odd.
A gold plated badge for every Major honour we have won - okay so some of those come with a small 'm'. There are twenty of them - time to further rejoice I'm not a red - couldn't afford all o'theirs.
Two come every month for ten months for the princely sum of £22 - ish.
A nice little heirloom to pass down - my excuse anyway - they come with a wooden display box to boot.

This one is to commemorate our 2nd. Division Championship win 112 years ago. Even Bert won't remember this one ;)

If you had a brain you might become tedious - as it is you're demonstrating a graceless lack of anything as mundane as that. You are festering by-product of the internet age - the completely empty vaccuous head. Now fuck off to bed - it's school in the morning you might learn summat if it's not too late.
And if you're too old for school you're a condemnation of our education system. And a disgrace - Paddington Blue my arse...Paddington Prick,
Now you're ignored..have the last word if you can string any new ones together.

Should be on his CV asap. :)

I have posted over 500 times on an internet forum, so I'm obviously a geek. But even geekier pastime I have, is collecting footie badges. I get an opposition badge every time I go to a new away ground. Got about 55 (I occassionally forget...and I obviously never picked one up in Stretford either).

So I'm a sucker for badges 1ofthe8015. Where did these ones come from? Was it a catalogue or internet thing?

Saw a full page ad. in the Daily Mail about April AB.
I also used to have quite a few of the old enamel badges.
These look better quality and should be for a tenner apiece!
Officially licenced and commisioned by the club. Danbury Mint have a website.
I'd be called a geek...internet veteran been banned from many a
Forum (inc.football ones) and been insulted by experts.
Now...me cocoas brewed.Night all.

As an afterthought and in view of the encouraging response I shall post
photos of the other BADGES in the series as and when they arrive.

Please do. And multiple shots of the presentation case too, for Paddy's sake. Think he'll 'get it' when that case puts the badges in their full, holistic context.

I did warn you about going on about being old an' that. Didn't I?

I've been watching your posts with increasing disappointment. It's been: "I'm old.", "I was at that game in 1906 when.....", "Even Bert won't remember this...." :(

I told you it winds us youngsters up.

I have to admit that I agree.

Most of 1ofthe8015's posts have been about something rather old and... not really relevant anymore tbh. I don't really mind any of his posts if I'm honest... I just...skip them.

That is all.

I suppose when I was young and stupid City's great days of the nineteen thirties seemed of little relevance to me.
It's all about target audience really. when I string words together - and it doesn't take long - I'm not really aiming them at those who care little about the rich heritage of the club to which they pledge their allegiance.

One Bert, an empathetic contemporary, or Abbatoir Blue whose love of the game shines through is worth half a dozen Paddingtons to me. The latter clearly has notions way above his station He has used the word 'please' on two occasions though so he might have decent parents - shame they fucked up once too often.

I'll not be mentioning hip replacements or the general grumpiness though so, relax.
Khabom...are you 'foreign'?
