I would be amazed if he had that much to spend. I think the reason that Thaksin said we'd be spending less this summer is partly because he doesn't understand football and partly because he knows that all his money is likely to be tied up for the next year. It'll be a smaller amount I would think (30m or so), which is funded from what you make in a normal season. Could be completely wrong though.

I'd rather keep Sven too. I blame squad depth for the slump at the end of the season rather than him.
