...not as mesmerising as it was when i was a kid, watching teams like Brazil or Liverpool (probably not City because we were shite back then!) you were captivated by it all. Every single pass was deliberate and precise. These days, the game is that quick that sometimes the players can't think quick enough and make errors.

I preferred the old 'Walking midfields' that Brazil employed. Mind you, if you smoked 40 a day, then no wonder they used to walk.

The ratings are all wrong. There is no option for 'no stars'.

Oh look, someone rated this thread with 1 star. Who could that have been. Not me, I'd have given it no stars.

Btw I voted for a game of two halves. Nought funny about get a dicking from Middlesboro.

I can tell you now, I did not find it "funny" when we got spanked 8-1
I did not find it funny when we lost 3-2 from 2-0 up
I did not find it funny when we got knocked out of the cup to Sheffield
I did not find Dec - May funny at all.

Definately a game of two halves

Unfortunately not where City are concerned. I pay enough money to that club.
I dont expect to spend ridiculous ammounts of money every season to only feel like suicide in May

You have to admit it was funny when we beat the rags twice.
