With the team he was given, I didn't expect a trophy. He's improved us, he's taken us places, and that to me makes a good manager

32 years and no trophies means no good managers. If Sven is sacked then he will have to fall in to that category regardless of blame. If he stays then he gets a chance to prove himself.

As I said, it's a sweeping statement and they tend to be just that, sweeping.
