Man City owner 'has ace up sleeve'
THAK'S £65m CITY KITTY
IN a bid to win back unhappy Manchester City fans, owner Thaksin Shinawatra has promised a £65million transfer kitty.

Barcelona's Ronaldinho is being linked with a move but supporters are angry popular boss Sven Goran Eriksson's future is in doubt.

A City source said: "The owner's family have told him how badly the fans have taken it all but he seems confident things will soon be forgotten.

"His people insist he has an ace up his sleeve."




it will have to be something really impressive me thinks

Now Thaskin..... put both hands together... Give Sven the 65 mill, plus the extra 15-20 million we'll get from selling our dead wood and hey presto we'll do the quadruple next season! easy

yea i thought that as i wrote it but i seem to remember someone on here listing all the players were likely to sell and it added up to around that?

Bianchi 8 mil
Samaras 2 mil
everyone else added together 10 mil

It went something like that... anyway theres proof for you, so yea 20 mil for our dead wood.

Who would you call an 'ace' though? Someone that would really stand out at City...and not be a flop!?
