Well we have been announced as the premier league's representative for the pair play uefa cup draw as we came 5th in the fair play league behind 4 clubs already qualified for europe.
As the premiership lies 2nd in the european fair play league behind norway. The norwegian league will automatically get a place. Two further places will be awarded through the process of a draw which will include the leagues placed 2nd to 7th in the fair play league, which will include us.

Good news or bad? who knows....does anyone really care for the uefa cup...i could take it or leave it to be honest.

I think we can only benefit from being in the UEFA cup. It will attract players and the competition will improve our play. We might even win it - 'Boro got to the final and Rangers are there this year as well.

They had better fooking fix it. If they don't, then Frank isn't the man I think he is.

Maybe we could drag in the Blue Peter producers to help with the draw?

It's official. We're in Europe next year.

edit: to say that official in that the Premier league have said we're top, but Uefa say us or Fulham?? So not really official!

Or, we could lose to some unknown side from Poland who featured Gregorz Rasiak in their line up.

Fantastic news! At least we can offer European Football to any potential signings.

I've looked at that, but there's nothing official from the Premier League.
It must just be the UEFA ranking that go to 30/04/08 and the Premier league go to the end of the season. As long as Hamann and Sun don't play on Sunday, we should be OK!

Unless we bring Danny Mills back from his loan spell and re-sign Ben Thatcher.

I doubt the standings will change after 1 game because there are a number of factors which affect it. And if Everton get the Uefa place for 5th I think it's a certainty.
