Yep, got a £35 ticket, 3rd tier Colin Bell near the front.

Went online early as a ST holder but all I could get were £50 on the lower tier, waited for general release and got the cheaper seats.

Not that arsed really but the girlfriend wants to go, bloodthirsy cow that she is.

Yep, they are the worst of the lot, stopped going on her works do's cos they get pissed and go fucking nuts thinking they can get away with it and for the most part they can.

I like boxing and have been to a couple of Hatton fights but this one seems like a bit of a non event after Vegas. It probably because all the recent hype has been about the UEFA cup final and the scum bags.

I'm very sure that Ricky will want to put on a good show but that might result in it being over very quickly.

I will no doubt get more excited as the date approaches.

My brother invited a mate from college to his stag. This bloke was ex-navy and after college joined the cops. He was pissed up and seemed to be the only English bloke In Drogheda that night. The more drunk he got, the more eager he was for a fight a fight. Terrifying!

Off topic so apologies, but used to spend summer holidays staying near Betty's town as a kid. Do they still have that blokes head in a jar in the catherderal (Oliver Plunket?) used to scare me to bits.

Haven't been in there for years but it was on display last time I was there. I remember looking at it as a kid and trying to make out what it was. Very ghoulish! Used to spend a lot of time in Bettystown as a kid myself. I have a lot of family from the area.

Shrine to St Oliver Plunkett in St Peter's Chursh Drogheda.

Was this where I got my addiction to horror movies?
