Interesting read... What's everyone's thoughts on this new team and partnership with MCFC?

We could do with Negrado back - he's not even getting in the starting line up at Valencia.

I love everything about NYCFC so far. I might become a plastic. I like the way they call it Football Club instead of Soccer - in your face stupid NFL.

Again, it's better than our current strip. Especially that abortion of an away strip against QPR..

..looked like ten bus conductors on the pitch - Awful.

Shay Facey from our youth set up has signed for NYCFC. They have also signed Pablo Alvarez. NYCFC make their debut in the MLS tomorrow V Orlando City, who feature some muppet called Kaka. Think it's on sky as well

All of City (proper), NY and Melbourne's home shirts are really cool. The purple City away strip is diabolical, it reminds of chelsea for some reason. Which no one should ever have to be subjected to.

In any case, fuck Nike off and get a proper sponsor. Adidas. I'd LOVE to see Under Armour too, for some reason not so big in UK, huge elsewhere and quality gear. I like Joma also, they make a quality boot and bring that exotic feel.

Anything but nike..im really anti nike...
Kinda pro adidas too..

Umbro was way better than nike for what its worth..
And studs is right, the purple strip is hideous..
last years black pvc look was not much better..
the 2012 kit when we won it the first time has been our best in years...

nah, the one from 2008 was the best, first uimbro i think? lovely kit, all three of them that year were good, and the material wasn't that awful snaggy shit that nike's are made of either. in fact, were there any duffers in any of the seasons umbro did our kits?
