From OS..............

Costel Pantilimon has arrived at the Club as City’s fourth signing of the summer.

The 24-year-old goalkeeper joins from Poli Timisoara - subject to a successful work permit application - and will act as cover to Joe Hart following the departure of Shay Given to Aston Villa. He played against the Blues twice last season.

After representing his national side at every youth level, Pantilimon graduated to Romania’s first team in 2008 and reportedly attracted interest from Arsenal and Inter Milan, before signing for City.

We wish Costel a very warm welcome to the Club.

Apparently he's been released. Shame, seemed like a nice guy and a good back-up to Hart.

Also these guys have been relesased:

Agyiri Thomas
Barry Gareth
Henshall Alex Charles
Kennedy Kieran
Lescott Joleon Patrick
Swan George
Tchuimeni-Nimely Alex

They tried to tell us he's around 6' 8" but it was never officially verified.

I always thought he's about 7 or 8 foot.
