To Bolton on loan. Does anyone think this leaves us a bit short for cover at the back?

We have two for each position but that's it. A couple of injuries and were struggling

Or... does this mean Nedum's staying? :D

I did think that Noddy but trust Manicini's judgement - the savings here are so relatively small it must surely have been his decision (?) - we have Savic of course now and given a choice I'd go for Onouha's experience...Boyata will benefit form this temporary move - he ha slooked a little raw in games I've seen him in, though no doubt he can develop into a very good player.

I worry when I hear of a young talent going out on loan. Have we even one recent example of a player coming back from a loan period and fitting into the 1st team squad?
I though Weiss might do it but that's not happening now. Hopefully Dedryck can buck the trend.

perhaps a complimentary Kleenex should be placed upon each seat at Eastlands this year?

I think a player needs to be truly exceptional to get into this first team squad now Paddy...Weiss sadly...not cutting the mustard now but I agree, one day he could be a hell of a player. We can't keep em all I s'pose.

Good shout IWS.

1of' I'm aware we have Savic but, as stated, we have two for every position in the back four. Players like Boyata are great for urgent cover/early league cup games etc

Also, does anyone else think we're ironically thin on the ground for defensive midfielders?

It may have been retired now, it's been so long since I've been to a game. I have a vid of it somewhere...

Rekik gone to PSV on loan

Which means Boyata is still here.

I don't like slating our players but if i had a choice of one staying here, would have been Rekik.

Oh yeah that song

At the Green Man before the Stoke FA Cup final, I'm not the cameraman but partook of the chant from a respectful distance.

did you see that bird in there singing? it looked like she was wearing make up with mouse whiskers drawn in. or like she was going to a fancy dress as Aunty Sally from Worzel Gummidge.
