Ronnie aside I just feel that most of the players we are being linked with are just not good enough to achieve Franks dream. How the hell can we become a side of world beaters with names like Neill, Bellamy, Samba, Friedel and Ben Haim? Have any of those guys set the premier league on fire on a regular basis? Rags, Chavs & scouser must be pissing themselves seeing those names banded around. Come on Hughes lets get hold of some real quality, I can't wait for the day that Real Madrid get drawn against us in the champions league and say Oh Shit we've been drawn with Man City, better try for second place in the group. Hopefully that day will be before senile dementia sets in. |

Danny's wrong about Neill being a good signing, looking through aussie tinted glasses on that one. It's only through the grace of god he doesn't average a sending off and penalty a game. One of the most over-rated players in the prem the past 10 yrs imo. |
