That's the squad as of today, with red meaning floged and green meaning loaned. If Milner and Balotelli come in then I can see two out of Ireland/Johnson/Ned/Micah leaving or possibly Weiss going on loan again

Edited for the sake of Miggs' eyes

yeah i thinks its pretty much certain...

Really really sorry to see him go, but if we look at him objectively.

One great season, with scattered bits of genius here and there.
Loads of talent, great lad, but i guess the bigger picture is clear...

And he will score against us if he leaves...

If that gets done today, im having a bet on it 10 minutes later...

Normally i wouldn't understand the logic behind getting Milner, but with this new 25 man squad i can see this. Play all manner of positions and English, so it might well be a crafty signing.

Tbf if we're swapping Ireland then the English thing makes no difference does it? One homegrown player for another.

True..And i suppose foreign lads who have been here for a certain amount of time will be classed as homegrown..(i like a bit of homegrown).:D

Add to that, he will be a great suit for Villa. Sadly Robinho might stick around until the next transfer window.
