Aye, I think the only City player I ever bood was Barton when he handed in his transfer request. I don't like booing our own players so I won't be doing.

I'm not convinced he'll go anyway. Think Joorabchian might have gone all in on his first hand, has seen that City won't have the piss taken out of them, and is now talking about rebuilding relationships.

I've never booed a City player.

I did hurl plenty of abuse at Roy Keane when he made his return for the ROI.

At one game I was standing, in a very crowded Lansdowne Road, on the sideline where he gave away a cheap throw in. I leaned over the barrier and bellowed a load of feral abuse at him.

The crowd started to move away from me and I found myself standing in plenty of space for the rest of the match.

He's got a fair chance of improving his stack then? He prolly had pocket rockets

Joorabchian: intimidates the weaker players

He's such a fucking stud.

He's actually screaming down the phone at his girlfriend there but you'd never know it, he's so suave. Later, she'll have bruises but it's worth it because she's the one who gets to lie down with Kia

Edin Dzeko's Manchester City Transfer In Doubt As He Travels To Wolfsburg's Spain Training Camp

Dzeko remains part of the Wolfsburg squad, it's been confirmed...

Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko will travel with the rest of the squad to their winter training camp in Spain, the German Bundesliga club have announced.

Dzeko has been the subject of intense speculation over the past few days as ambitious Premier League side Manchester City.are said to be keen on landing him at Eastlands this month and have lined up a bid as well.

However, the 24-year-old is part of the German club's squad for now and agreement among the three parties have yet to be reached, as Wolfsburg's spokesperson told DPA, "As it stands, all players apart from the Japanese (Makoto) Hasebe are with the squad, including (Edin) Dzeko."

Dzeko had earlier said that he will remain with Wolfsburg until the end of the season and will then move to Italy.

Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak rang Edin Dzeko's representatives on New Year's eve to try and save the Wolfsburg striker's £30m move to Eastlands by offering him an improved £150,000 a week, still short of the £180,000 the player is demanding.

Good player, but not worth that kind of salary.
Another player on daft money at City?

I'm not quite convinced about this move. We finally seem to have the new faces bedded in and are collecting some impressive results. I'm not sure a new striker is going to improve things.

If Carlos is committed for the balance of the season, then I'd be relieved to get through this window without the disruption of a major acquisition.

Dzeko I think it is the player who is missing from this team to level up
one with his body can break any defense
Dzeko the next level

But even we cannot be held to ransom. If he won't come for silly money then we shouldn't give him stupid money.

Well said Bert. For the past two years people have played on our (and our owner's) desperation for success. With the results going the way they are that factor should progressively wain. We have a young team that is still well below its potential.

Disagree with that, Dzeko is the one player we must buy in January, or someone very similar.
