we were linked with this guy when hughes was still boss. i distinctly remember it cos the team he plays for gave inter and barca the run around

so, if we are still after him now mancini is boss, who's making up the transfer target list for the club?

The Sun?
Same goes for Upson.

Plus, Mancini like not Vieira. At Inter Vieira are not friend of Mancini.

Sorry, that does not make sense, allora: Mancini non piace Vieira, e che quello che dici?

mancini likes vieira
he isn't a friend
veron is a friend
stankovic too
vieira for mancini is only a good...big player
one time mancio replaced Vieira and he kicked a bottle
why someone said that Vieira was against mancini
but what happened now shows that it was all a lie

Realllly don't want Kaboul. I'd much rather have Cahill from Bolton.

This sounds tasty

9.44 Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has admitted that any big-money bid for key duo Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres would have to be considered by the club.

Slap in 80 million for the two and see what happens. Probably have to wait until the summer though.

Like the look of that left back from Rubin a lot, he was up against Messi in the CL and kept him quiet all game - can't have a much bigger test than that.

Kaboul can of course fuck off.

Can you imagine the shit storm if this happened? I don't think I'd go for Gerrard tbh, the amount of hassle, money and disruption in the team for a player who's nearly 30 and will always be a red scouce at heart.

You'd have to have a go for Torres though, even if he does seem to be injured an awful lot. Maybe offer them a striker as part of the deal, RSC or someone. They're in a dreadful state at the moment - I read somewhere their main transfer target this January is that 31 yr old Piquionne guy from Portsmouth!

I think that there is no chance that they will sell this window, but well worth a punt this summer.

Really? Get 80 mill for him and get a replacement striker for 20+ then strengthen the squad a bit more for a push for a top 4 spot. Only problem is i dont think the owners trust benitez to spend that kinda money

Gerrard - no thank you.

Torres - yes please.

I'm not letting myself believe it could happen.
