Another shit poll from me.

Will we sign another player before midnight? I get a feeling we are done but it would be typical city if we pulled something out of the hat at 4:55pm tuesday

Thoughts?

Yes it does. Bank holiday, innit?

From the way Hughes was talking yesterday it sounds like there may be possibilities, but I think he would (and should) be happy if no more business is done this window.

Yes, it's a public holiday. We get 8 of them per year.

They were originally to give bank workers a day off I think.

Because it is a day off work, bank rhymes with wank, and you get all day doing it:D

British bank holidays are Public Holidays and have been recognized since 1871. The name Bank Holiday comes from the time when banks were shut and so no trading could take place.

According to the website of some junior school!

Should have signed Arjen Robben. Can't Hughes get van der Vaart? Worth it for his name alone. :D
