I read that he'd left earlier this morning, but assumed it was only another loan. :(

bit hypocritical for us to be questioning why he's dropping down leagues. He obviously feels under the new setup there, they're a team that's on the up.

Maybe the same as the likes of Tevez, Adebayor et al.

I wish him luck, wouldn't be my first choice, but good move for County

This reminds me of when Joe Lewis joined Peterborough. He's so much better than League Two - though to be fair, it would appear that County are planning to copy Peterborough* and get promoted a couple of times, so fair enough.

yeah, Notts County (despite my hatred for them and Steve Cherry) are getting together a project that I think will go somewhere. Definitely a coup to have Sven on board. Think the manager must feel underminded though, no matter what he does (even back to back promotions - if that happens) he knows the light will be on Sven. "Sven's revolution..."

Aye. If their hammering of Bradford is anything to go by, they should walk the league this season.

To be fair, there's usually one team in League two that is miles ahead at Christmas and looks like strolling towards the title, but then misses out on automatic promotion, or only just creeps in.

Wycombe and MK Dons spring to mind as recent examples - though both did get promoted eventually.

Meh. Just because you don't have the same appreciation for the constant drama that is League Two.

just that your story contained the fact that there's usually one team miles ahead, who usually drop out of it, but then kinda get back into it. For example... but they got promoted anyway

good story

Well Wycombe did it about three seasons in a row. Not that amazing a story I know, but I don't really care.
