That's a Steve Daley ratio right there. Lee Bradbury's goals cost more.

Like to think he may play more than one season.

On another point, he's a big bastard. Towered above Hughes at the press conference.

That's interesting:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jo%C3%A3o_Alves_de_Assis_Silva

Jô received his first call-up to the Brazil national football team in May 2007, and was in the squad to play against England last year, but did not play. He then made his international debut in a friendly against Turkey, in June 2007. Due to a reported training ground altercation with Brazil manager Dunga, Jô has been continually not included in squad selections, and is said to have accepted that as long as Dunga remains in charge, he is very unlikely to be capped and represent his country again.

-----------------------------------------------------------

I wonder what happened. At least the club doesn't have to worry about him going on long trips to turn out for Brazil.

Thanks. Nice to hear from someone who's seen him play proper. What team do you support in Russia?

Bet with the supply from our midfield we could half that.

Obviously you need to round it up or down and the half goal hasn't been introduced yet.

Well if his debut is against Chelski it will be my debut for the season and all because I'm away for the AC Milan friendly, UEFA cup home tie, Villa away AND West Ham home! Really looking forward to this season. A few more fresh faces and I can see us finishing in top 6 and I've been having dreams of going to Wembley next spring.
