Manchester City and Everton head the race to sign £8m-rated Dejan Stankovic from Inter Milan. (Various)

Isn't he a bit past it!?

He turns 30 in September.....

I think I agree to that.

He has been talked about before but don't think he would make an impact.

SPARKY ABOUT TO GET BUSY
All change at Manchester City. The Sunday Times says that 'Goalkeeper Joe Hart looks to be heading to Tottenham after rejecting a new contract, Richard Dunne has been offered £75,000 a week by Portsmouth and Everton want midfielder Michael Johnson, who is valued at £8m.'

To compensate, new boss Mark Hughes will attempt to sign Bayern Munich forward Lukas Podolski for £20m and Espanyol defender Pablo Zabaleta.

The News Of The World says.................
Joe Hart will sign a new 4 year deal at City worth £25.000 a week. The keeper is expected to put pen to paper in a fortnight.
New boss Mark Hughes has made his priority to reward his "hown grown" players ahead of chasing foreign imports.
Hughes has also given the thumbs-up to new deals for defender Richard Dunne & midfielder Michael Johnson.
