I wouldn't want to see Micah leave - he had a better second half to the season as RB. Apparently he and Hughes haven't had the best of starts together, so maybe that's why the rumours begin, but he's young and is showing signs of wanting to attack more. He's not lazy and he is pretty quick. A lot of our current team will be competing for a 1st team place week in week out next season, somehting they haven't had to do before. It would do him godd to stay and learn his trade from a world class CB or RB. we don't need the cash, so as long as Hughes can put up with him around then I say lets not let him go (and not for less than £10, if we have to part company).

There continues to be speculation about HHHT's sexuality.
I think in essence, the main problem is he doesn't know himself.

Is pleased that attention is diverted from himself for once

I'm perfectly clear, but if you have doubts, why do you invite me around to your house so often!

Micah will come good again, we should remember he's young and has been shifted about all over the place and I think at times has been relied upon a bit too much considering his age, instead of getting on his back I think we should support him and watch him come good again

There is a rumour doing the rounds that City may or may not be interested in Carlos Tevez.

I don't dream about you being gay!
1. That would technically be a nightmare.
2. It would be disgusting.
3. It doesn't have to be a dream.

Latest from today's MEN (extracts)

CITY are closing in on a stunning £40m 'Little and Large' (Tevez & Santa Cruz) striker swoop.

And it is widely expected that Carlos Tevez's future will be decided on Thursday morning with the Blues thought to be in pole position to clinch the Argentine star's signature.

City, who have made at least four previous attempts to sign Santa Cruz, are likely to offer around £12m with the selling club receiving further increments if the move is a success.

City target Samuel Eto'o's agent has admitted that the Cameroon international would find it hard to turn down an offer that would see his personal earnings increase dramatically, but that he is not actively looking to leave the European champions.

All sounds good, not sure about Cruz's knee though. Is it really better? He says it is but he would say that.

Manchester City Football Club have been linked with Giuseppe Rossi.

The American-born Italian international first shot to fame in England with Manchester United, who took him from Parma when he was just 17-years-old.

However, the 22-year-old failed to force his way into Sir Alex Ferguson’s side on a regular basis, despite showing huge promise for the reserve team.

Rossi has proven his quality since leaving United for Spanish outfit Villarreal, who are bracing themselves for bids for the striker during the summer window.

Although Ferguson has a buy-back clause inserted in the player’s contract, the Old Trafford club could be blown out of the water by their neighbours City.

It is being suggested that Mark Hughes is willing to pay £16million for Rossi, who opened his Azzurri account in the 3-1 friendly win over Northern Ireland on Saturday.

Is our new policy to just buy players that will piss off Fergiscum?

If so, I like it. :D

Was a great goal Rossi scored against N Ireland too - that boy has a sweet left foot. I'd take him.

Huntelaar is the target man we've been crying out for (though I don't believe for a second they'd sell him).
Sneijder is one of the most technically gifted midfielders in the world. He'd be my first choice off that list.
Robben is world class but always injured.
Diarra is brilliant, but we're overloaded in DM already.
Cannevaro and Van Nistelrooy are probably still better than any players we have in those positions.
Haven't seen the rest play for years, so I don't know how good they are.

But there's something appealing about having the entire attacking unit of the Dutch national team.

ETA: Cannevaro's already signed for Juventus. Clearing the way for a Chiellini bid?
