It took him 36 seconds to look for the first free kick and do a platoon impression yesterday.

i think if a player fakes a foul. then they are outlawed until the foul they faked has been received. therefore if they dive, you are allowed to give them one big kick without concequence.

It's not just ladyboy, simulation is rife in Euro footy. Watching the Swiss/Czech game over the weekend, one of the Czech players got a slight tug on his shirt but went down like he'd been hit by a small tactical nuclear weapon.

yeah it isnt just him, i dont see why they dont crack down on it more. it is near impossible for a ref to judge dives so they need to hand out fines and bans after the games based on video footage for every single dive.

ronaldo, gerrard, drogba should all be shamed for it along with the rest.

i just dont understand it. i grew up to think it was embarrassing to admit another person has managed to hurt you. when i get fouled at football i dont go down unless i cant physically stay up, and will usually instead follow up on the culprit with a nice strong tackle of my own to let them know im not backing down from them, especially if they are bigger than me. do these players not have any pride in their own manliness? ha

Slight seguet...

last night Ruud, who is all but capable in the diving department, was through one on one with Buffon, was impeded in his run by the keeper and chose not to dive but chaed the ball. I was impressed, ref could have called a spot kick IMO.
