Wouldn't be so sure. The rag lad at work isn't a fan of his and says that Hughes doesn't like ManUre. Plus for me he's been at enough clubs since ManUre to rid himself of the stigma.

Of course, if we do appoint him and he does a shit job he's a rag twat.

As a player I have always admired Hughes, despite him being a rag. There are some players like Scholes, Giggs, Andy Richie etc who I really quite like. Good footballers who do/did their talking on the pitch and not in the press. I personally would not have a problem with him being an ex-rag.

Completely agree, i feel it would be a backward step after Sven if we got Hughes. Maybe thats just my ignorance speaking but i can really sum it up any other way.

Well, he attracted Santa Cruz, a player we were also interested in, and he's a hell of a lot better than any of our "strikers".

yep he scored a shit load from midfield a year or 2 back, and has a killer cross and great with his head.

Zico would be perfect for us. Attacking football with 2 strikers and knowing him, he would play both Elano and Geovanni in the same team. He could get the 2 players frank wants aswell, Jo and Ronaldinho *wink wink*

Zico could end up being a disaster.

Hes the Biachi of Management appointments.

5% chance he will be brilliant. 95% chance he will be a huge waste of money and disaster for the club. Really he has no experience at all of english football or whats required to run a club like city in this league.

Really the shit we have put ourselves in with the way sven was handled we cant afford to be taking such a large gamble on what is the most important position at the club pretty much.
