I think Lescott is a good player, but I'm pretty disillusioned that we're spending so much on him. I don't feel that I can really defend our transfer policy when we're spending about double what we should be. But still, he looks like Commander Warf and that will amuse me throughout the year.

Our transfer policy...

We want a player. We buy said player. End.

But until this one, we were moderately sensible with what we spent on players. The amount, if it is indeed true, is an absolute joke.

You sicken me

The money doesn't matter though, does it?

Even if we weren't sooper rich, we'd have to pay an inflated fee because:

a - Jagielka is injured
b - Lescott's English
c - Everton don't/didn't want to sell

Seguet, girl from Logan's Run in the 70's, who might be 60 now, was feckin FAF.

On the set apparently bras were outlawed, the footage was tremendous. There are a few shots that were outstanding. I cant find one right now.

We basically don't get a contracted player for much less than £15m any more. Everton have got £20m from us for a player they didn't want to sell. The rest goes to wolves.

Wasn't that Jenny Agutter. Always naked in her films. Well, except the railway Children. American Werewolf in London for example.

A brilliant bet for getting them out. Fair play to her.
