excellent, signed the core of the team onto long term contracts.

no long term contract for yaya at the moment, hopefully that means his agent has actually fucked it up.

Dzeko has not been the 'goal machine' we perhaps expected but fuck he's been good for City. Any team in the league would benefit from him. Except they can't, cos we got him, And we HEART him. :TopHat1

Missed at least 3 pretty good chance headers last night. I am not throwing him under a bus but the highlights reel from last night is quite damning. Given El Whathisname is out for I'd suggest he'd want to be enjoying this time.

Love Edin. I was thinking that before the West Brom game, there was a slow mo in the build up of us defending a direct free kick and everyone else turned away when it was struck except Edin who kept his eye on the ball and took the full force on his head. Then there was the goal that gets forgotten before Sergio's. Good luck big guy x

He's been tremendous for us. He's still got a few seasons left, I predict he'll do well in a lesser league and then he can retire and work the city academy teaching the youff and then become an club ambassador and assist bringing big names in. Much like Paddy. :)

Same Bert. I will do my best but at my age I am pretty much in bed (drunk) by 11pm. So for the moment we are but ships in the night. :(

A combination of shift work and three kids means I very rarely stay awake beyond the five beer mark these days

As for Edin, he scored a screamer, a tap in and assisted Nainggolan's goal last night in a friendly vs. Sevilla.

Could we not recall him?

Granted he can't play in the CL for us, but the prospect of Bony the next 4-8 weeks doesn't fill me with Confidence.

I think they've triggered his buy out clause or something like that. He's no longer a city player.... I think.

or was that Jovetic...
