Absolutely. The guy is class, to think we were upset at losing Ireland. Technically gifted.

I was thinking of Kinky when people were saying Silva didn't have the physical stature for the English game. Granted the players are more powerful now than even that short time ago but still, Gio was a cut above. Let's just hope Silva doesn't convince the club to sign his crap mate who's "Better than me"

Silva is one of the finest technically brilliant footballers in the Prem. It's going to take a while for him to adjust to the Prem, but he's already showing signs. We haven't seen him too much as an attacking creative force as yet, but i was really impressed with his tracking back against Chelsea, stopping their fullbacks getting forward.

He is going to be a terrific player over the coming seasons. A Tottingham fan that i know, said Silva was too small and slight to make it in the Prem, so i told him that i thought Silva would be ace. Just needs a bit of time.

I've been impressed so far and he might be a bit tougher than I expected. I noticed against Chelsea he turned into one of their midfielders (unfortunately didn't actually get a proper look at who) got his body between them and the ball and nipped off up the pitch with the ball.

this is exactly what he's like. He just talks Tottingham bollox in a pub full of City and Yernited folk. I once told him that i had always hated Tottingham 2nd after Yernited because of all our worst moments in history always seems to involve them.

I think he is also in love with Jermain Defoe. Suppose someone has to.

silva can handle the physical side - he wasn't excatly overawed by the chavs

he just needs to adjust his timing to the speed of the prem, is all

Point is, I think you agree that he looks as though that is happening already, he's gonna be a little dynamo for us.
