Actually, yes, they could be infinitely more racist. Merely pointing out the objective fact of someone being black isn't racist at all. There's no malicious intent and the fact that you are reading a subjective view into such an objective statement perhaps reflects upon your own state of mind.

Discussing how black someone is isn't rascist or is it just because of the people who make the comments i'm sure black people would find this offensive therefore making these comments rascist, so keep your fancy explainations and get real

I'm black and I find you offensive, does that make you a racist? Did it not occur to you that I may be black myself, and therefore I might have a better gauge of what offends the black community than yourself. I'm guessing you weren't able to tell I am black from the way I write though - odd that you'd automatically assume the ethnicity of someone you hadn't met to be white.
