When we signed Chris Isakkson:p i did say he was a good keeper. I still stand by that, but if he wants out, which he has done for most of his time at City, then let him go. And, when he has played, he's not turned in the kind of performances i expected from him.

Andreas Isaksson joined Man City for £2m from Rennes

PSV Eindhoven have signed Manchester City keeper Andreas Isaksson for an undisclosed fee.

Isaksson, who represented Sweden during Euro 2008, found first-team opportunities at Manchester City limited last season.

The 26-year-old only made six appearances last season, with England international Joe Hart preferred by then-manager Sven-Goran Eriksson.

Isaksson has signed a four-year contract with the Dutch champions.
