Daily Telegraph “Fantasy football” Manchester City midfielders Martin Petrov & Elano have rejected reports linking them with moves away from Eastlands. They were said to be unsettled because of the uncertainty over Sven-Goran Eriksson’s future as manager, but the Bulgarian winger Petrov said: “I feel part of the club and I think next season we’ll be much better.” Elano, the Brazilian playmaker, said: “I am very happy at this club and my family are enjoying life" |

They did such a great work in their first season with us. I think if sven get sacked then they probably will leave too. |

The Italian champions have been linked with a summer raid on Eastlands for the Brazilian international, who has established himself as a cult hero in the Blue half of Manchester.
